MULTIPLE JOB VACANCIES

We are an architectural firm based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. We are on the lookout for the suitable candidates to join us for the positions as below.

1. PART I ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office & Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with authority submission requirements is an advantage.

2. PART II ARCHITECT

Requirements:
- Recognised Architecture degree (LAM Part II)
- Preferable with at least 2 years’ experience in architectural design & project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite & project planning tools
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent problem-solving & multitasking skills

3. INTERMEDIATE DRAUGHTSPERSON (ARCHITECTURAL)

Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (BIM knowledge is a plus)
- Preferable with at least 5 years’ experience in architectural drafting
- Detail-oriented, with strong understanding of design & construction
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong time management skills and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong teamwork & communication skills

JOB VACANCY: ADMIN, ACCOUNT & HR EXECUTIVE

We are an architectural firm based in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for a suitable candidate to join us for the position mentioned above.

Responsibilities:

- General office management and upkeep, provide administrative support to the management, manage documents and confidential information.

- Assist Director with cash flow projection and reporting, prepare invoices, manage AP & AR.

- Assist recruitment processes, employee relations, maintain HR records & documentation, manage payroll.

Requirements:

- At least Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or equivalent

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred

- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, team player, and self-motivated
