A new floor for the foyer.
This floor on an older home had soft and damaged particleboard flooring, which was flexing and bowing on the sides, causing a high spot in the centre. Not ideal for tilling over.

Our team demolished the flooring and flush-cut the wall edges. We installed sister joists and additional nogs with steel fixings and brackets, making it stable and sturdy.
Laid down new 18mm plywood flooring and installed the cementboard for the tiler.
Checked in with the owner, who was happy, and the tiler for sign-off on the floor. He was very grateful for a solid workspace to work on and proper installation on the substrate.
