Before & after of a recent minor safety upgrade. Plunger type limit switches are easily tricked and bypassed. We replaced these with tongue interlock switches to add an extra level of safety to these machines.

The team at were having issues with their 7.5kW compressor drawing too much current and causing the PV system inverters to current limit and drop power to the whole hangar. We remedied this issue by replacing the star/delta starter with an VSD to limit the current drawn on start up.
