Some appliance need some attention yearly depending upon how they are used . An example would be a large family that has a wall mounted water heater RINNAI, BOSCH, PALOMA & RHEEM are common brands . This water heater will work harder than usual. Gas fired underfloor heating systems need a pre winter check each year and this needs to be done by a competent technician. We can service most gas appliance and if we can't we know someone who can. I'm a certified NZ trained gas fitter and a licensed plumber .

We it going again and with the logs In correct position it looks great.

The recent replacement of the gas hob required the stainless steel countertop to be completely recut to size, as the old hob had rounded corners. The shape of the oven can make fitting the pipework challenging; hence, it is advisable to fit the oven back in place, mark its top and rear, and work within the available space.

An LPG supplier threatened to terminate delivery to this residence due to the bottles being positioned too close to an operable window. To address the issue, the gas line was extended and the twin pack regulator was replaced, having exceeded its designated replacement year.

When a gas leak is located and fixed, don't assume that it's okay. Check again. The original nylon washer was crushed and had split. A new fiber washer was fitted. Job done, right?

A second leak on the same valve was found.
