“Felt like the business never skipped a beat.” 👊

Nathan and Jessica headed off on a well-earned break, and we stepped in to keep everything running behind the scenes.

No chaos. No missed jobs. No coming home to a mess.

Kal absolutely smashed it on this one — making sure everything was handled properly so they could actually switch off and enjoy their time away.

Because that’s what it’s about, right?
Building a business that doesn’t rely on you being there 24/7.

If you haven’t had a proper break because you’re worried everything will fall apart… we should talk.

☕ 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗼.

I spend a lot of time talking to tradie business owners, and one thing is pretty clear...

Running a growing trades business takes more than one good person in your corner.

You might need an accountant who actually understands trades.

A lawyer who gets small business.

A business coach who knows the realities of running a team on the tools.

Or someone who can sort your marketing, HR, H&S or IT without making it unnecessarily complicated.

I’d love to know more of those people.

At Virtual Coastie, we look after the admin, bookkeeping, Fergus and job management systems, processes and automation.

So I’m keen to connect with other specialists who work with trade businesses but stay in their own lane.

Not for some awkward networking pitch.

I want to know what you’re bloody good at, who your ideal client is, and when I should be saying to one of our clients:

“You need to talk to this person.”

And you’ll get to know exactly when Virtual Coastie might be the right fit for someone in your world too.

So grab a cuppa and let’s have a 30-minute Virtual Smoko. ☕

👇 Booking link is in the comments.

Hey everyone! Just dropped a new tutorial video on how to breeze through timesheet entries using the Fergus Go app! 📱

Jump into the app with me from the home screen straight to the timesheet tab. We're talking easy scrolling to check your weekly hours – perfect for when your payroll person's asking where your time went! Plus, I'll show you how to use the weekly summary to spot any gaps in your hours. So if you're ever missing Wednesday's hours, no sweat! Just dive back in, select the job, and punch in your time. It's that simple!

Stay ahead of the game and keep your workweek smooth with Fergus Go! ⏱️

"She wasn't afraid to hold us accountable..." 👊

Here's the thing about growing a business.

Sometimes you don't need another app.
You don't need another spreadsheet.
And you definitely don't need another YouTube video.

Sometimes you need someone who'll ask the hard questions, challenge your thinking, and hold you accountable to the goals you've set for yourself.

Because real growth happens when action follows intention.

One of the things I'm most proud of is that we don't just help our clients implement systems. We help them follow through.

That means having honest conversations.
That means tackling the things you've been putting off.
And sometimes that means hearing what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

The team at We Do Landscaping have done an incredible job embracing change, improving their systems, and continuing to push forward.

Thanks for trusting us to be part of the journey, Jayden. We're excited to see what comes next. 🚀

If you're ready for someone in your corner who'll support you, challenge you, and help you get results, let's have a chat.

This is exactly why we do what we do.

Helping tradies feel less stressed, more in control, and finally on top of their business never gets old.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with admin or your systems aren’t quite cutting it, it might be time to get some proper support behind you.

30/09/2026

You didn’t start your trades business to sit behind a desk, did you?

Most tradies kick things off to get on the tools, build something solid, and have a bit of freedom — not to drown in quotes, invoices, and paperwork.

If that sounds like you, we’ve got your back 👊

At 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗲, we’re 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, helping tradies like you get systems sorted so you can spend less time on admin and more time doing what you actually enjoy.

✨ 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 ✨

“Amanda at Virtual Coastie is amazing! 𝗦𝗵𝗲’𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀. Super reliable, efficient, and just gets things sorted without any drama. I really appreciate how easy she is to communicate with and how she just gets business life. Having her in my corner has made such a difference, especially when things get busy. Couldn’t recommend her more!”

Running a busy trades business is full-on — and the last thing you need is admin drama. That’s where we come in.

We help tradies like Gaby from Pink Plumbing streamline the chaos and stay on top of the day-to-day, so they can focus on what they do best 💪

If you’re feeling buried or just need someone solid in your corner, we’d love to chat.
