Spend a few minutes checking out this nice new roofline cutting shapes into the Northland/Kaipara sky. This is Parkview, a new commercial development in Mangawhai Heads comprising nine architecturally designed commercial units.

Congratulations to Brandon Gallagher on a fantastic new asset, and to our Northland lead Kristian Pittman on a great delivery.

Yesterday, The Pavilion was recognised with an Excellence Award at the Property Council New Zealand Awards. Today, we’re excited to share the story behind the project.

From significant structural changes to the precision required for an exposed glulam finish, this was a build that challenged our team in all the right ways. It’s a great example of the planning, collaboration and craftsmanship that go into delivering complex projects successfully.

We’re proud to celebrate The Pavilion at Pacific Lakes Village receiving an Excellence Award at the 2026 Property Industry Awards.

It was a technically demanding project that required close collaboration and careful coordination from everyone involved, making this recognition even more meaningful.

Building while school is in session.

That's the reality of delivering construction projects in live educational environments, where thousands of students, teachers and visitors move through the site every day.

Our Auckland team is currently progressing works at , carefully managing safety, access, logistics and programme while ensuring the school can continue operating as normal.
