Working twelve levels, one panel at a time.

As each façade panel goes up on this Parnell student village project, Sansom's team is right behind it completing the waterproofing and fire-rating works, from panel lifting eye seals through to smoke seals at every floor joint.

One team, multiple specialties.

From tanking to façade to concrete repairs, having that range in-house means we can support more of a project's needs.

There's no such thing as a free shortcut in concrete work.

Whatever gets skipped upfront gets paid for later, usually at a higher cost. Do it right the first time.

Waterproofing isn’t the most glamorous part of the job, but we still make sure it gets done properly.

Carpark and canopy works now complete at Orams Marine's commercial building. Great work from the team on this one.

Some sites don't let you change anything. You just have to work around what's already there.

At 256 Queen Street, we're tanking a 33 level tower wrapped around a building that legally can't be altered.

Our solution: a system that protects the tower without affecting the heritage structure it sits against.

The most expensive defects in construction are rarely complicated. They're just something that has been missed.

Reinforcing bars placed where they shouldn't be isn't a difficult problem to fix. It's an obvious one, once somebody's actually looking closely enough to see it before it's covered over for good.

The technical fix takes minutes. The failure to notice it is what turns into years of hidden damage.

It's a reminder that a lot of construction risk doesn't come from complex engineering problems.

It comes from ordinary oversights that only get caught when someone on-site treats every stage, not just their own scope, as worth double-checking.

Two companies can quote the same waterproofing product and still deliver very different results.

The difference usually comes down to workmanship and QA, and it isn't always visible on a spec sheet.

We once had a C*D high-rise call us back in after the original applicator's work failed and couldn't be made watertight, even after a scope variation.

We reinstalled to the original design, it passed every water test, and it remains dry to this day.

Getting it right the first time is always cheaper than paying for it twice.

The fastest way to finish a job? Do it properly the first time.

Cutting corners always costs more eventually, in time, money, or reputation. Getting it right from day one saves all three.

We don't just say the job's done right, we'll prove it.

Our QA runs live through every stage of the job, shared with contractors and engineers as we go, not handed over as a report after the fact.

At Sansom, we efficiently execute and document quality assurance processes, providing transparency and accountability to multiple stakeholders.
