A new chapter for HPA Group.

We’re excited to share that our new HPA Group and HPA Investors websites are now live.

From bare land to better living — HPA brings together the full journey of retirement village development, from identifying sites and partnerships through to design, consenting, construction, operations and creating thriving communities for residents.

The new websites showcase the people, projects and villages behind that journey, as well as the experience and values that have shaped HPA over the years.

This isn’t a reinvention. It’s an evolution — the same people, the same values and the same practical approach, now brought together in one place.

The latest drone shots of Amberley Country Estate Retirement Village really show just how far the project has come from its humble beginnings — and we’re not even halfway there yet!

There has been an incredible amount of coordination, hard work and collaboration behind the scenes, involving consultants, tradies, contractors and so many others helping bring the vision to life.

You can also see the poured slab for the new clubhouse building taking shape — another exciting milestone for the project.

A long way to go, but it’s amazing to look back and see just how far we’ve come. 🚧🏗️📸
