Ah yes… the ol’ “let’s see what happens” method.
No plan. No supervision. Just vibes and poor life choices.
Some say this fixed the problem.
Others say it created several new ones.
We may never know.
If it splashed, it didn’t happen.
If it worked, we meant to do that and yes that smell was real

Stay Humble, Remember Where You Started
When we first kicked off Hydro Vision, we weren’t just unblocking drains and running cameras — we were doing anything we had to do to keep the lights on.
Driveway cleaning, deck washing, surface blasting… you name it. It was satisfying work, but it wasn’t the dream. It was what we needed to do while we built the business.
Today I got a call from an old customer asking if we could come back and clean his driveway and deck again.
Now, it’s not a service we offer anymore - but I went and did it for him anyway.
The very first thing he asked was,
“Where’s your truck? The old Toyota?”
And just like that, I was taken straight back to those early days when that tired old girl was all we could afford…but she got us everywhere we needed to be(most of the time).
Doing this job brought back a lot of memories - the long hours, the sacrifices we made as a family, the hustle, the stubborn belief that if we worked hard enough, Hydro Vision would turn into something real.
We’re not "big time" We’re not rolling in cash. We’re still climbing the ladder — one job, one customer, one hard-earned step at a time.
But we’re moving forward.
Because of my family.
Because of my mates.
Because of the customers who keep backing us.
So here’s to staying humble.
Here’s to remembering the grind, the old trucks, the side jobs, and the sacrifices that got us here.
And here’s to everyone still climbing — keep going.
One day together we will look back and smile at how far we have come.
