A trip over to Waiheke for this one! 🌊⛴️

It wouldn’t be a job away from home without a few challenges. This site was absolutely humming!

The boys got stuck in from day one, working alongside the other trades to keep everything moving. Plenty of coordination meant everyone made solid progress throughout the week, and the finish came out as if we’d had the place to ourselves. 👌

With multiple sources of critical lighting throughout the home, we put together a plan to make sure every surface was finished to the highest standard, giving the painters the perfect canvas to work with. 🤝

This project included Level 5 ceilings to achieve a flawless finish under those lights, along with negative detail and arch beads around the ceiling beams to give the home that premium, high-end look. 😎

As part of a retirement village project, these new builds required some specialist remedial work to bring them back up to the high standard they deserved.

First up, we recently tidied up these skylights in a stunning home that’s being judged for a Gold Award in the House of the Year competition. 🏡

We always enjoy being involved in projects of this calibre. Maintaining the quality of our work is something we take real pride in, so having our work form part of a home being judged is an honour, even if a lot of the effort we put in ends up hidden behind the finished product, in fact not being able to see what we have done is often the biggest compliment. 😁
