Saturday morning antics. My customer had given me a dead line so i had to move quickly and efficiently...

Roof extension leak above window sill near guttering.
Bottom end...
Installed new roofing paper new screws and washers refitted new flashing underneath guttering bellow elabana roof

Note my client only wanted half the roof done where the leak was house was sold prior inspection ...
Only surface rust on the sheets my client told me houses sold don't worry about it... meaning not to re roof it ..... cheers for your time guys...

Making a start on a decra roof restoration in Remuera.Since we have good weather in the mix ☀️Roof/house wash completed....

Making a start on a decra roof restoration in Remuera.

Since we have good weather in the mix ☀️

Roof/house wash completed....

Removed plywood covering were the old chimneys were

Installed new Roofing paper and new battens were needed

Fitted new decra tiles were needed.

Finally will be ready for a lick of paint

3 days in and out of rain and heavy winds. Job completed on a short notice .🌧☀️

Leak repair to the valley below Dormer
Installed new valley flashing to suit

Replaced rotten section (fascia board)
Removed guttering
Painted reminding fascia
Installed new brackets (Marley Guttering)

My customer was over the moon 🌠
