With a strong background in corporate sales and business development, Nikki is leading the growth of our operations across the region, building teams, developing partnerships, and creating opportunities for sustainable growth.

For Nikki, this role is especially meaningful because Hawke’s Bay is home. She’s passionate about supporting local communities, creating jobs, and helping Green Way become a company known for showing up, helping out, and making a positive difference.

When she’s not working, you’ll often find Nikki building something, whether that’s a new business idea, a community project, or a smarter way of doing things. Her entrepreneurial mindset keeps her creative, driven, and always looking for opportunities to improve.

Responding quickly when it matters most. 🚧

Following a house fire, the Green Way team carried out emergency clean-up works to make the area safe and clear surrounding debris from the kerbside and roadway before school traffic and pedestrians returned for the afternoon.

Projects like these require fast action, careful coordination, and a strong focus on community safety every step of the way.

It’s not often that the top of the building is the last part to come down! Due to its unique structure, the “diamond” from the top of the Hireace building in East Tamaki was the final piece to be removed. Green Way loves a challenge, especially when it gives the team the opportunity to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions safely and efficiently.
