Blake and the team are underway in Milford, working on three high end townhouses for Miro Homes Limited.

We're putting on Spanlok 365 in 0.55 gauge, finished in ColorCote Magnaflow, Ironsand low gloss, plus the skylights and all the flashings that go with them.

It's a tight site with all three townhouses sitting close together. Between builder timeframes, the on and off weather, and a tight budget, there have been plenty of moving parts, but we've kept everything on track.

Six new townhouses taking shape in Beach Haven.

Our team has been on site delivering the roof works and wall cladding for this development, installing 0.4 gauge Trimrib in Maxam across the roofs and Spanlok in 0.55 Ironsand down the walls. The Ironsand gives the whole exterior a deep, grounded finish that holds up well against the coastal setting.

A look back at a recent project combining architectural standing seam and traditional corrugate roofing for the team at J R Hosking Carpenters and Co

For this project, the turret was prefabricated off-site as a standing seam unit, then craned into position and tied into the new corrugate roof with custom curved welded flashings for a clean, weatherproof transition.

Attention to detail from the workshop through to the final install made the difference on this one. Projects like this show what's possible when every stage is carefully coordinated.

A full-scope commercial job in Mt Roskill, now wrapped up. We kicked things off with an asbestos strip before moving into the wall cladding, then worked through the removal of the existing roofing and underlay and the install of the new Trimrib Dridex.

Alongside the roof, there was circa 50m² of wall cladding plus the associated flashings and internal gutters.

Our new build in Murrays Bay, alongside House of Nautica, is all wrapped up.

This was one where the detailing did the work. Our team installed Eurostyle Spanlok roofing sheets and flashings, with Thermax B underlay.

A large-scale gable roof for a purpose-built winemaking and barrel storage facility.

For this project, the dormers give the roofline its character, breaking up the long gable, and we've run concealed fixing flashings throughout so nothing interrupts that clean look. The rainwater goods are all bespoke as well: custom box gutters, rain-heads, and downpipes, tucked in behind the detailing rather than sitting on top of it.

Pulling it together is the MagnaFlow in Mudstone, which ties the whole thing back to the landscape and sits in among the hills without fighting them.
