Our largest commercial re-roof to date is now complete.

We managed the full programme as main contractor, coordinating building works, waterproofing, scaffolding, access, cranage, and HVAC throughout the project.

This is a clear example of our capability to deliver large-scale commercial roofing projects, and it’s great to see this one completed.

The Heke, delivered in collaboration with Envoy Construction.

This project encompassed a full new roof and wall cladding package, complete with saddle flashings and a rainwater goods system featuring copper detailing and 125mm and 175mm box gutters.

Eurostyle Spanlok 0.55 MagnaFlow was used across both roof and walls, finished with 1.6mm powder coated aluminium saddle flashings.

Coastal Auckland cliffsides hit different.

A couple of weeks back, Argie was in the thick of it at our split-level architectural new build, and the setting alone makes it one to watch. The framing is up, and the site is prepped for a premium angle seam roofing system using Eurostyle Epic 610 0.90 Altimate in Ironsand.

The Ironsand finish ties in beautifully with the Nu-Wall cladding and natural cedar elements across the exterior, pulling the whole look together for a seriously cohesive, high-end result.

A robust roofing and drainage system built to be foolproof.

This full reroof project for Eamon Storage Limited and Kiwi Self Storage was all about creating a more robust roofing and drainage system that could handle heavy weather conditions while protecting everything stored inside.

Working under shrink-wrap to maintain programme and site progress, the project involved asbestos removal coordination, demolition of the existing internal gutter and parapet system, installation of a new external 300mm box gutter detail, new rainwater goods, Ampelair units, and a full reroof using DP955 .55 ENDURA Titana with ECOFOAM infill closures to prevent bird and vermin access.

Waiheke has definitely been providing the views on this project alongside TC Construction.

Our scope included the new roofing package, welded and powder coated cricket flashings, fabricated chimney flue flashings, and cap flashings through the balcony areas using Eurostyle Spanlok VP 0.55 Maxx.

A great result on a very cool Waiheke project.

Zebra stripes in Grey Lynn! ⬛️⬜️⬛️⬜️

The team installed 0.55 gauge corrugate MAXAM, with flashings by Roll and Fold and scaffolding organised in-house to keep things running smoothly throughout.

Last week, the team got stuck into a new commercial project in Mt Roskill, kicking things off with an asbestos strip before moving into the wall cladding.

This one’s a full-scope job, with the removal of the existing roofing and underlay, followed by the install of new Trimrib Dridex roofing, circa 50m² of wall cladding, and associated flashings and internal gutters.

With scaffolding not an option due to nearby powerlines, it’s required careful planning and strict safety measures on site, with harness systems in place for all roofing works.
