Feature wall from Hardie groove. Skirting and architraves stayed on which made getting this all tight as a very detailed task. 45 degree cut corners to give a seamless finish.

Birkenhead Bathroom. Great refresh for this bathroom. Owner didn’t want to blow the budget and the vanity and mirror were pulled carefully and reused. Everything else nice and new and a great cost effective result with still a great standard of finish.

Recently stripped out this Villa bedroom to insulate and re-gib. All original architraves and skirts were saved a reused. Owners style and colours make for great pictures on this one.

New kitchen. After a hot water cylinder leak and pipe failure, there was a huge amount of water damage throughout the kitchen, dining room, and hallway to repair. All new cabinets etc for the kitchen and vinyl planks were laid through into the hallway and lounge. Great result!

Kids stuff going free to a good home. Change table, rocking horse, tramp, Duplo, kitchen, kids table and chairs. All in good to average condition. On the road side outside 113 ocean view road northcote until it’s dark then take it down. Obviously the trailer is not part of the deal so don’t take the p**s 🤣

Recently completed a bathroom, kitchen combo in Massey. Came out really nice and both clients and I’m loving the end result.

One of my latest projects. What was meant to be minor cladding repairs and a repaint turned into finding much more than we bargained for. Along with great clients who understood the process and that details on this house were bad news from the get go including cantilevered joists on second story deck to flashings finished in terrible fashion and more, drastic measures where taken all over this house to deliver the watertightness it should have had from day one. Super happy with the end result.

I was engaged construct a new boundary fence and retaining wall in Murrays Bay, spanning 30 meters, incorporating new drainage systems and scoria to effectively redirect water, and finished with a black stain. This renovation transforms a previously rotten and dilapidated structure into one that is now superior to its original state.
