2. We will not attend the property if occupants have been overseas recently, are self-isolating or have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or if they or anyone they have been in contact with have been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
3. We must limit the number of persons at the property to only building inspector during the inspection.
4. We must minimise any unnecessary time spent at the property. (Attempt to complete within one hour)
5. Minimise in-person contact with vendor/s.
6. We require the purchasers not attend the property with the Building Inspector simultaneously. We instead recommend they join via phone or video conference if they wish to raise questions.
7. We recommends licensees (agent) provide the inspector with access to the property but wait outside or in one room in the house while the inspection is conducted.
8. We will record contact details of visiting the property and the date we attended, to assist with contact tracing.
9. We will wear gloves and mask which can be disposed of immediately after the visit.
10. We declare, we have no history of COIV-19, nor have we been in contact with any COVID-19 patient in last 14 days and we do not have any recent travel history.
