We’re Revealing the first of our four company values this year, and it feels right to start with the one that sits at the heart of everything we do.

With Round the Bays coming up in March, it’s a great reminder of what matters most to us. Events like this bring our team together, get us out in the community, and give us a chance to support a good cause side by side. Whether you’re running, walking, cheering, or just soaking up the atmosphere, it’s all about connection.

Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is close to our hearts at Custom. The past few months have been incredibly tough for our team. We lost a much loved Legend, one of our own to mental health—a heartbreaking reminder of how important it is to check in, speak up, and support each other.

In response, two of our Team Members—Caolin and Tailer—have stepped up in a big way. Next weekend, on the 18th, they’ll be stepping into the ring as part of the Mates in Construction Charity Boxing Match, raising awareness and funds to support mental health in our industry.
We couldn’t be prouder of their courage, heart, and commitment to making a difference. 💪

🤯 A renovation to remember.. 3 days to start off with and 3 days again a few weeks later, 90% of our work done in the first 3.

👉🏻 New lights all around, full board upgrade and adding Dali automation to the oldest and biggest mess. Trying to keep the A5 steaks from defrosting, problem after problem.. we made it out the other side!

Big thank you to Datum Projects and Foley Hospitality again for giving us another opportunity. More to come :))

Wow, what a year this was for Custom Electrical

The team at Custom have worked hard and strong with little in between to complete all four stores. It wasn’t an easy feat to accomplish but the boys pulled it off!

We feel proud to be a part of these projects, as these are the first stores of their kind respectively in New Zealand.

Working with Complete Construction, Australian Crowds Retail Joinery and Project Queensland gave us an insight into the level of work required of high-end luxury commercial projects.
