SolHaus Duo is starting to take shape.

The block walls are up, the floor framing is down, and the crew are building wall frames and standing them up one at a time. Plenty of progress since we broke ground.

More to come soon.

This finish is worth the wait.

Brass tapware, marble benchtops and those views are starting to come together at Mon Desir. There's still work to do, but we're excited to reveal more soon.

Take a minute with this one.

The veining runs right down the end of the island, warm gold through soft white, and no two panels will ever look the same. It's the kind of detail you stop and look at every time you walk past.

The trees aren't the only thing growing this spring. Watch this one.

Foundations underway in Glenfield.

Trenches are dug, polythene's in, and the team's tying reo cages ready for the pour.

Not the glamorous part of the build. But everything that comes after sits on getting this bit right.

More to come as this one takes shape.

Mon Desir. Black joinery in, walls painted, downlights set. Still a few trades to go but the light's already doing what the architect intended.

This is the stage where a build stops feeling like a site and starts feeling like a home.

Mon Desir is coming along nicely.

Linings are up and plastered, the shower is waterproofed and ready for tiling, and every room now has its final shape. It's the quiet stage between the build and the finishes, and it's where the detail work really starts.

Next up, the finishes that bring it all together.

Morning light, waterfront site, and a stack of trim ready to go. Just another day on the Takapuna coast.

12 Blenheim Street is go.

Building consent locked in. Foundations underway. Steel bent, cages going in, concrete pour booked for Friday. Two high performance homes, built the way they should be. Healthier, energy efficient, no corners cut.

Civil's done. Drains are in. Everything under the ground is taken care of before the build even starts. That's how you avoid the surprises.
