Don’t build buildings without plans even if it’s a garage or a minor dwelling. Know that council permits you to build without consent but doesn’t mean you don’t follow the rules. You still need to comply with all the rules and regulations. You still need Geotech, topo survey, plans, structural design and Architectural Plans and details.

I’m seeing way too many clients losing hard earned money in the bid to go uncontested option. Most of the time they end up demolishing everything and start from scratch.
