A sculptural spiral staircase at the centre of 𝗧𝗲 𝗔𝗵𝗶𝗸𝗮 forms the primary circulation spine, connecting all three levels. More than a functional element, its curved form evokes movement and visual connection between floors.

With a warm interior, elevated to maximise views of the harbour, and a gabled ceiling to create internal volume, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 is wrapped in dark timber screening with custom details.
