From this 🖤 to THIS ✨

High-end cliff-top renovation in Campbell’s Bay, North Shore — full balustrade and waterproofing transformation with one of the best views in Auckland.

We stripped it all back: old balustrades demolished, tiles and waterproofing removed down to the slab, then rebuilt from the ground up with:
🌊 New curved glass balustrades — a stunning aesthetic upgrade
🛡️ Fully re-waterproofed deck system
🎨 Fresh exterior plastering
🇮🇹 Floating tiles imported by the client straight from Italy

Quality craftsmanship meets an unbeatable Rangitoto view. This is what “Where Quality Lasts Longer” looks like.

From a rough old brick villa to timeless 🤍

This old brick home got the Resene Construction Systems bagged finish — a light skim coat applied with a sponge to leave a soft, whirled texture that lets the natural brick form show through instead of hiding it completely. Old-school charm, new-school protection.

The process:
🧽 Full chemwash to remove mould and algae built up in the mortar joints
🧱 Bagged plaster coat applied and sponge-textured to show off the brick form
🎨 One coat Resene primer in Limelock
🛡️ Two coats Resene X200 weathertight membrane
🔧 Bostik MS sealant around all windows and penetrations

Where quality lasts longer. 🧱✨
