Another finished job in the heart of Remuera ✨

We supplied and installed ATS Timber in Light Oak throughout this home, and it’s a great example of how a pale oak floor can tie a whole space together. It sits beautifully against the dark joinery in the kitchen and the timber wardrobes upstairs.

Big thanks to Phil and Dina at Superior Construction for a top-quality build. It was a pleasure working with you both.

The best part? This home is now on the market with Bayleys Remuera. If you’re after a place where every detail has been properly thought through, it’s well worth a look.

Remember the "Jurassic Park" house in Remuera? 🌿

After years of sitting derelict and hidden in the bush, it's been completely transformed by Superior Construction, and we were lucky enough to supply and install all the timber flooring throughout.

It's a beautiful home with a lot of character, and it was great to be part of the team behind it. Have a read of the full story on OneRoof and check out the photos below.

Stunning transformation of the worst house on the best street.
