Breaking Ground. Building with Purpose.

Every great home starts long before the concrete is poured.

Site set-out complete, foundation preparation underway, and another project moving from plans into reality.

At YC Homes, we believe the quality of a home is determined by the details nobody sees — accurate set-out, proper ground preparation, coordination, and getting the fundamentals right from day one.

We’re looking forward to bringing this home to life.

Built with care. Built to last.

A considered renovation and extension of a historic villa.

The original structure has been carefully retained and restored, with key heritage elements preserved.

A contemporary addition at the rear introduces light, openness, and functional living space.

Old and new are deliberately contrasted,
while maintaining a coherent architectural language throughout.

A well-built home isn’t defined by how it looks at first glance, but by how every detail holds up under scrutiny.

Edges, junctions, transitions, lines —
this is where true craftsmanship shows.

We don’t just build houses.
We refine every detail to its highest standard.
