With house one complete, the team’s now onto the second, keeping things moving while working around the weather.

Our stunning Remuera reroof project, completed alongside Commuto, involved a full reroof with slight alterations and a fully ventilated roof system.

With tight access for the delivery truck, we had to go back to the old-school way, carrying all materials down the driveway by hand.

Our Washworld HQ project, delivered alongside New Wave Construction, was recognised in the 2025 Auckland Architecture Awards, taking out a win in the Small Project category.

Working on a live site meant aligning our scope with how Washworld operates day to day. Careful sequencing, clear communication, and close coordination across the team were key to delivering the project without disruption.

Timing was everything at our Grey Lynn project.

This was a full reroof of the existing home alongside a new extension. The extension was designed with a fully ventilated roof system to allow for high raking skillion ceilings inside. With the steep pitch, timing became critical.

We waited for the right window of weather, then moved quickly to get it watertight and completed without holding up the build.
