Enviro Insulation had the privilege of installing pinkbatts into this big beautiful home with a amazing view over the water this week. We used R3.2 pinkbatts in the ceilings and R2.8 pinkbatts in the walls.

Over 500m2 installed quick and easy with very tidy results.

We even used the left overs and off cuts in some of the internal walls around the bathrooms to add an acoustic barrier. Thanks for having us Wayne, I'm sure you will enjoy your new home soon!

This beautiful home built up on the hills of muriwai has been insulated using knuaf earthwool glass wool products. With R3.6 ceilings and R2.6 acoustic soundsheild in the walls we can guarantee this home will be warm in winter and help kept cool over summer.

Knuaf earthwool is made from 100% recycled glass and is naturaly colored with no added chemicals or bonding agents. thus making it less itchy and easy to install, all while been environmentally friendly and very affordable as it is our most cost effective product for new builds, commercial and retro fit installs.

Check out this awsome garage we have recently insulated for a client who will be enjoying his cool work shop over summer and this warm dry space next winter!

This product was custom cut and fit to perfection to the steel framing of this shed. We made the product to order and filled the space in the walls with a high grade 120mm thick polyester. Safe to say there will be no condensation on the walls or extreme temperatures going on in here.

Looking forward to seeing what comes out of here in the future Pariah Custom Werks .

Let Enviro insulation provide you an accurate, detailed Statement of Insulation, which will be usefull for the current RTA regulations, And any new compliance regulations which may come into force in the future. We will give your property a “pass” or “fail” and a full description report of the existing insulation with photos attached.

If there is a "fail" we will also send a efficient quote to remedy any faults. Upon completion will send a updated "pass" report and certificate from us for free!

All new tenancy agreements should have detailed insulation info -but Tenancy Services says

This home had a layer of pinkbatt fiberglass insulation that did not comply with the new standards on its own, so we offered them a R1.8 top up of our fleecewool blanket. Combined these two layers now hold more then the minimum thermal rating required.

Minimum requirements for Auckland zone:
Ceiling R2.9
Underfloor R1.3

If a rental property is below these levels of insulation, it must be upgraded to meet the new standard.

Where there are multiple layers of insulation and all layers are in reasonable condition, then their product R-values may be combined.
