This detail dressing over plywood packers with lap tape underneath and on top to act as a pressure seal when they screw in the aluminum plates that new decking will go on top to recreate the original villa deck look .
Outstanding work done by Derrick with assist from Kurt and Sultan ...lots of detailing
Deck placement photos to come great idea to keep the look in order to also waterproof it properly

Very old butynol roof ..solid substrate , client didn't want to remove the existing ..we used the Rhino bond fixing system..fleece back Tpo around the perimeter gutter to overlay Term bar around the edge droppers through the existing drains.
Good result will function well great economical long lasting solution ...
Well done to the team for blasting this out this week in the scorching sun ..summer has come early.
