Here is anodes from an Ecospring 300 Ltr Heat Pump that we replaced recently. Ecospring recommend that they be inspected annually and replaced every 2 - 3 years to prolong the life of the hot water system. Failure to replace the sacrificial anode will potentially cause failure of the element and eventually the internal cylinder itself.

These kind of maintenance jobs are very common that we are carrying out on a daily basis. This particular house had an aging kitchen and laundry with old and temperamental taps. We replaced the taps with a quality cost friendly kitchen single lever mixer and a pair of generic tub taps. The watermain had a slow leak which we fixed by excavating and exposing the faulty fitting and replaced.

A recent install of a brand new Rheem Optima Outdoor Mains Pressure Hot Water Cylinder. The Outdoor HWC is a great solution to extra space inside, and relocating your heating system to a more practical location when it is time for replacement. In this situation because it was required to relocate the water supply to the new HWC location from the Roof space, we have also provided a hose tap for an Outdoor water supply in this area also, which it originally did not have.

It often can be a bit of a Houdini act to make some plumbing possible without being too noticeable. In this case it was getting a water supply to a Fridge, we concealed the pipework bellow kickboard to existing cabinetry and then extended it to bellow kitchen sink where the closest water supply was accessible.
