CUSTOM FABRICATION — WHERE METAL BECOMES A FEATURE

A little different from the commercial kitchen work you normally see coming through our workshop.

This custom table brings together a brass top and base, textured BA stainless steel pedestal, and individually fabricated textured stainless steel corner details.

The combination of different metals, finishes and textures turns what could have been a simple table base into a real architectural feature.

A local ramen restaurant needed a specialised stainless-steel insert that would allow four noodle strainers to sit securely inside one large cooking pot.

We designed it, laser-cut it, folded it, and finished it ready for use. The owner was ecstatic with the result.

A fibre laser focuses an extremely powerful beam onto a tiny point while an assist gas removes the molten metal from the cut. This creates accurate parts with smooth edges and excellent repeatability.
