Know how to get your dental practice looking its best, pre-sale? Find out what areas to focus on and the best time to make a start.

Buyers place a premium on practices they can step into and run from day one. Strong impressions land in reception and waiting areas, and in a practice that presents to a good standard throughout. If it's obvious there's money to be spent, a buyer will often reflect that in a lower purchase offer.

The good news is that you do not need to overhaul the entire practice to improve your sale price. Targeted upgrades, particularly around sterilisation compliance and the areas patients notice first, can strengthen both presentation and value.

This involved a complete interior redesign and fitout, including significant structural redesign to support the creation of a stunning circular staircase and complex technical functionality.

Outside, we partnered with Insol to create a striking new façade. Landscaping and signage completed the scope of work, which has elevated 105 Remuera Road to a whole new level.
