Stability:
At HomePlus Exteriors it has always been our priority to diversify our portfolio across private clients, builders and commercial construction.

We have aligned ourselves with Government projects and other stable industries and companies such as Housing New Zealand, Retirement Village construction and reputable construction companies.

By doing this we have given ourselves and our clients an extra layer of security and reassurance of our stability.

We invest in our financial stability by insuring all commercial projects and managing them end to end. We do not subcontract out our work so have the ability to control and manage our projects from start to finish.

Health and Safety:
Home Plus Exteriors already has thorough and up to date Health and Safety plans and systems in place.

Every job has a Pre-start checklist for hazards, Person Protection Equipment (PPE) while also documenting which installers are on-site each day. This information is logged in to our system and accompanies your job file.

On completion of each day’s work, our installers complete what we call a Quality Assurance checklist where they photograph and spot check the work they have done. These forms are checked by our Operations Manager every day.

Because we already have a strong and robust Health & Safety system, any new COVID19 related requirements are easy to implement, record and monitor.

This will ensure that you and our staff are safe and we can carry on “Business as usual”.

These documents are all available upon request.

Cost:
We understand the amount of stress and uncertainty Covid19 will have caused many New Zealanders. As a result, we have decided to do our part to ‘kick start’ the economy.

By partnering with our major suppliers (Juralco Aluminium, Viridian Glass and Black Fasteners) we would like to offer a 10% discount which is accessible for jobs anytime this year based off a commitment in the next two months (this applies to existing and new jobs) with the exclusion of jobs already been ordered.

Check out this beautiful home fitted with our modern Semi-Frameless Glass Balustrades.

Balustrades can be fitted with continuous Interlinking Rail on the top edge of the glass, or via a handrail bracket fixed to the face of the balustrade posts (fitted 100mm below the glass edge). ⁠

We have a wide range of handrails available for different Balustrade systems⁠ and all our handrails conform to NZ Building Code regulations (residential)⁠

These can be incorporated into finished Balustrade or as a standalone handrail.
