☕️ Early start, but this is part of the job too.

On site for a business breakfast — good people, good conversations, then straight back to the grind after this.

Not always on the tools… sometimes you’ve gotta show up like this as well.

😂 Thought I was ready for the job… then the rain showed up first.

Quick stop at Bunnings, got to site, scaffold up — and now we working under cover like it’s part of the plan 😅

Can’t fight it… just work around it.

🌧️ You can plan the job… but you can’t plan the weather.

Got on site early, scaffold up, started from the highest point to stay ahead. Everything lined up — then the rain came through.

That’s part of the game. You adjust, you move, you keep going.

Even with limited time on the scaffold, there’s always a way to keep progress moving. Tomorrow we shift under cover and keep painting.

That’s the life.

🛠️ Ever notice how the day starts before the work even begins?

Picked up some scaffolding this morning — part of the job no one really sees. Just getting set up, loading, planning… all before the first brush even hits the wall.

That’s the life of a subcontractor. It’s not always easy, but there’s something about working for yourself that makes it worth it.

What do you love most about working for yourself?

⛽️ Petrol prices these days… you feel it before you even start the job.

Show up ready to work… then the tank reminds you who’s really in charge 😅

Everything going up — materials, fuel, time… but the work still has to get done.

Paint on my hands, paint on the fence… pretty sure I’m becoming part of the job now 😅
One coat turns into two… two turns into “might as well fix that too” 🎨
