I often get asked - "if it was your house, what would you do?"

Well here is your answer. Would I do the tiles lines again - no, they took a lot longer than I expected, and very hard to keep flake of them when top coating. Colours are Basalt (main area), and Carbon (border) - they are special order colours.

The 20yr old vinyl was a nightmare to remove, there were more Lineal metres of cracks than square metres of floor.

I finished this the day we moved into the house. 4 hours after rolling the top coat, we loaded all the boxes of our stuff into this area.

Our Sparta-flake polyaspartic is really an incredible system.

We're well underway on this decorative concrete resurfacing job. Originally said to be 180 SqM, measured at 267 SqM. First stage almost done, stopped by pending rain.

This was an old coloured concrete patio and pool area, cut into 1100mm tiles. the colour was wearing off and the surface stained and worn. Another 120 SqM of new concrete has been laid, and we're waiting for that to cure a bit before we cover it.

We've been doing Cretecova for 27 years, and still ove the look and finish we acheive.

We have to build up the area at one end of the pool to flow into the new strip drain, recut around the pool to allow movement, and get the bicepts pumping trowellign out the overlay.

Area scribed and ready for colour wash, 2 coats of sealer with antislip and polyurethane around the pool.

Playing with some fresh design ideas with Cement based floor toppings. This is not sealed yet, so will darken up a fair amount. Pretty excited to get this out in the market.
