It's been a busy few months for the Loft Homes & Garages team.

The scaffolding has come down from our latest Loft project in Beachlands, and we're getting the site cleaned up, ready for Gib, plaster and paint. 🔨

It won't be long before we hand this build over to our wonderful client. Keep your eyes peeled for the completion shots; it's going to look pretty smart all done!

If space is tight, you may find that your teens are having to share rooms with younger siblings or be crammed into one small room just to get some space. This might not be an ideal situation. Privacy is very important as you will probably remember from your own youth.

So maybe it's time your kids got the room and space that they need and deserve. Why not build them their own media room/office/study, gym, game room, art studio, guest room or their own suite above the garage.

It doesn't mean you can't still keep a close eye on them, it just shows that you are starting to give them a little more trust.
