Every window in this build was placed on purpose.

SkyCity from the bedroom. The pool from upstairs. Raking windows in the girls’ bedrooms that give the front real street appeal. Light pouring in through the high glazing in between.

The details are finished. The keys are changing hands. It’s handover day! 🗝️

After all the planning and decisions, there’s nothing quite like welcoming our clients into their new home.

Thanks for trusting us to bring it to life. Now comes the best part: making it yours. 🤍

Before the keys change hands, we’re taking a moment to appreciate the little details that bring this home together.

Next up? Handover day. 🗝️

Good design gives you plenty to admire, inside and out. 👀

Cladding that ties everything together, San Selmo brick that brings texture and character, and a master suite designed to make the most of the views.

Had an incredible day visiting the Harvey Norman New Zealand showroom and exploring some amazing commercial designs from talented brands, including New Zealand's Fisher & Paykel.

I left feeling inspired, full of ideas, and just a little jealous that I couldn’t take all the appliances home with me! 😆

Returning from Canada got me thinking about how much climate dictates design around the world. 🍁🥝

In Canada, homes are raised high to cope with six or seven months of heavy snow.

In New Zealand, it's all about level entry and indoor-outdoor flow so we can soak up the outside almost all year long.

It was an awesome trip, but it’s always a good reminder of how lucky we are in NZ, and why I love building homes here!
