Outdoor areas at 5 Bayswater Ave are coming together — deck and fence framing going in this week.

A big part of this project has been getting the indoor-outdoor flow right. The deck ties straight into the living areas, so once it's finished the space will open right up — inside and out feeling like one continuous area rather than two separate zones.

The fence is bringing privacy to the space, without compromising on quality.

This tiny detail is why so many renovations start showing signs of rusting within 5 years — especially in the wrong environments.

We spec the right metal for every flashing on every job. Not the cheapest option — the right one. If your builder can't tell you why they picked what they did, that's worth asking about.

Who we are.

No loan. No shortcuts. Just tools and trust.

Meet Seb.

I started EliteLine with nothing but the skills I’d built on-site over the years — and a belief that quality work speaks for itself. No safety net, no backup plan. Just early mornings, muddy boots, late nights after hours, and a refusal to cut corners.

That mindset is still how we operate today — every renovation, new build, and landscape run start to finish by the people who actually turn up to do the work.

New site commencing .

- 6 Norwood road bayswater.

Before the tools come out, the real work starts on paper. We're currently deep in planning for this Bayswater project — mapping out a roof replacement and earthworks to sort access and drainage around the site.

It's the unglamorous groundwork most people never see, but it's exactly what sets up a smooth build down the line. And this one's just getting started — a full renovation and extension is next on the list.

Old kitchen's out, stripped back to bare floors to start fresh. New layout coming in to open up the space and make it work harder — better flow, more bench space, a kitchen the family will actually love using.

Watch this space over the next few weeks.

5 Bayswater Avenue — progress update.

Exterior weatherboards are stripped back and crews are working through repairs ahead of repainting.
Out front, earthworks have started for the new deck, fence, and pergola posts.

More to come as this job comes together.

Quality isn’t rushed. It’s created, layer by layer.

At 5 Bayswater Avenue, the site is in transformation — the grounds reshaped and prepared for a kwila deck and boundary fence, while the home itself is stripped back to bare weatherboard, ready to be reborn with a full exterior repaint.

This is the part of the process most people never see. The unglamorous groundwork that quietly determines the quality of everything that follows. It’s where craftsmanship actually begins.

This is the point in every rebuild where you really see the scope of what's ahead. From here it's re-squaring the walls, recessing and levelling the floor, new electrical and plumbing, insulation, and lining — every stage checked off properly before moving to the next.

More updates as this one takes shape.

This bathroom looked fine on the surface. Underneath, the waterproofing had failed completely.

We took it back to nothing — walls re-squared, floor re-straightened, correct framing rebuilt from scratch, correct shower falls, and waterproofing done properly this time, right into every corner and edge.

If your bathroom's leaking, or you're just not sure what's really behind those tiles, it's worth finding out now — before the issue spreads.

Get in touch. We'll take a proper look before it's too late.
