Just completed a Retail conversion of the old Howick Local Board Offices in Pakuranga Plaza, into a shiny new modern Laundromat. Had a few hiccups along the way with power and gas connections, but finally got them all squared away. Here's some before and after shots. Many minor changes and tweaks had to be made to accommodate the 3x water tanks inside the shop and the extensive plumbing and gas connections. Very happy with the final result.

Onto the next site. Demolition done on next development in Remuera. 2 large homes for the owners.

Mangere brick and tile all done. Final Inspection all passed.

Whitford Manor Terraces all completed and will be on the market shortly. Natalie Harvey from Bayleys will be a great match to represent these homes for sale.
