Another GOLD for our Devonport Villa project at the 2026 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards. 🏆

That’s two Gold awards for Neo this year which is an amazing achievement by the team.

This was a great project from start to finish, and a big part of that was having fantastic clients who trusted the process, backed our team and worked with us every step of the way. That relationship allowed us to focus on the details and deliver the quality and ex*****on this home deserved.

Another massive thanks to our Neo team, subcontractors and suppliers, and again our clients for making this such an enjoyable project to be part of.

2 x 2026 Master Builders House of the Year GOLD awards!

We are proud to share that “The State House” has been awarded GOLD at the 2026 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards.

This was a really enjoyable project to be part of - transforming the existing home to work better for the family future needs with beautiful detailing and craftsmanship throughout.

A result like this doesn’t happen without an amazing team. A massive thanks to our Neo team who crafted this home and to our trusted subcontractors and suppliers who all put a huge amount into this one.

Thanks also to Guy Tarrant for the great design and collaboration, and most importantly to our clients for trusting us with their home.

Really proud of the end result and everyone involved.

Home stretch for our Pt Chev project.

Final interior fit-off and landscaping underway before handover.

It’s been great working with SBA on this one. A really well-designed family home that we’ve enjoyed bringing to life, and we’re looking forward to seeing the final details come together.

State House // After years of living in the neighbourhood they loved, our clients realised they didn’t want a different location - they wanted a home that better reflected the way they live today.

Instead of moving and compromising, they chose to invest in the place they already called home. The result is a thoughtful transformation that respects the original State House while creating a modern family home that’s suits their needs for the years ahead.
