🚧 Digger Operators Wanted – Civil Construction (Auckland) 🚧

LAA Civil Construction is looking for skilled Digger Operators to join our growing team working on projects across Auckland.

The Role:

We need operators who can handle the full civil scope, from earthworks and bulk cuts through to prepping for hardscape and finishing works.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Experienced excavator operator (civil construction)

✔ Able to read plans to some extent and follow set levels

✔ Willing to jump out of the machine and help the crew on the ground when needed

✔ Takes pride in their work and turns up ready to go every day

✔ Good attitude and team player

💰 Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience and capability

📍 Location: Projects across Auckland
