Huge win on this decramastic tiled roof - check out those before and afters 🫣

But I guess when your one of the best in the game am I really surprised, hard work will always pay off and speak for itself ✌️

For those that understand, this roof was initally wet chipped using a hopper then a second dry chip coat was applied to blend out all that scaring that previous moss buildup had caused

Wet chipping comes with its pros and cons but definitely a must when you get a messy one like this and the only option if your wanting to re-coat any vertical facing areas (toes, barges and ridgecaps) 👏

Finished in Ebony black - matte finish

Topcoat - Sheildcoat "Slate" in a Satin finish
Bargecaps, pipe penatrations, skylights and flashings all colour matched 🫰

We will return once scaffolding is removed off the roof to paint up a few tiles, it was nice to finally have the weather on our side for a change ☀️

Restorations are what we do 💙

Here we have another decramastic coated tile roof, usual prep and coating was done but some hard labour and alot of product was required to get this roof looking super glaze 👌

120kgs of roof chip was re-applied to the tiles along with 80L of basecoat and 60L of topcoat 🎨

I hand chipped the tiles but also wet chipped all the vertical areas (toes and ridges) as this roof was very damaged by moss which had deteriorated the tiles and left them very patchy 😮‍💨

Worth all the effort when you can stand there and see the results 💪
