Restorations are what we do 💙

Here we have another decramastic coated tile roof, usual prep and coating was done but some hard labour and alot of product was required to get this roof looking super glaze 👌

120kgs of roof chip was re-applied to the tiles along with 80L of basecoat and 60L of topcoat 🎨

I hand chipped the tiles but also wet chipped all the vertical areas (toes and ridges) as this roof was very damaged by moss which had deteriorated the tiles and left them very patchy 😮‍💨

Worth all the effort when you can stand there and see the results 💪

Pressure wash - Nails out - Screws in - Minor rust treated - Iron primer applied - Topcoat in permanent green with a satin finish 🏠🔨🎨

Both gable ends getting a major spruce up aswell 😎

25 sheets replaced due to rust holes
New paper installed
New valley extension
Minor rust treated
Butynol flat roof replaced - new ply and butynol

Shieldcoatnz iron primer applied
Shieldcoatnz premium topcoat - Ironsand in a satin finish 🎨

Some hard work put into this one and the results speak for themselves 😎 we love the big jobs 🙌
