World record holder. Runner. NZ Frozen Fern.

Leading up to competition, Deb used her Moji Ice Tub to help prepare for the shock of ice-cold water and build confidence in challenging conditions.

"At the champs, the water was 3.6°C on the first day and I thought, 'I know what this feels like. I can do this.'"

The result? A world-record-breaking performance during her qualifying campaign.

When she's not competing, Deb also uses her ice tub as part of her running recovery routine.
