We're back on your feed! 👋

Recently, a big chunk of our time has been spent right here at the beautiful Ōmokoroa Country Club. We’ve been proud to complete the labour-only contracts for many homes across this village over the last few years - and we are still going strong with more currently under construction! 🔨✨

Here’s a look at one of our recently completed builds. From precise framing to high-end finishes, our team loves delivering the quality craftsmanship these lifestyle homes deserve.

We are officially back online and can't wait to share more behind-the-scenes looks at what TK Homes is building around the Bay. Watch this space! ☀️

Here are a few pics of some of our recently completed labour only builds. These have been keeping us busy over the last couple of years in Bethlehem Shores lifestyle retirement village, contracting to Arvida. The development is now coming to an end, what an awesome looking village! The Cedar, EZ panel, triclad and brick claddings complement each other nicely.

A labour only new build we completed earlier this year in Bethlehem. The vertical cedar and brick cladding provide a nice contrast to each other, complemented by the garapa deck. 👌
