ONE HITTIN | From Vision to Form. From Form to Experience.

Great architecture is never the result of a single idea. It is a journey of exploration, refinement, and purposeful design.

Developed by Albasateen | البساتين , ONE HITTIN is an ambitious mixed-use destination where architecture, nature, and community come together through a distinctive design vision by James Cubitt & Partners.

From the earliest form-generation studies and massing explorations to the development of a vibrant green spine, every design decision contributes to a cohesive architectural vision.

Rooted in its context, the project brings together contemporary architectural expression, locally inspired façade treatments, stepped terraces, and an integrated mix of residential, hospitality, commercial, and lifestyle spaces.

At its heart, a continuous landscaped spine encourages movement, interaction, and connection — transforming the spaces between buildings into places for people.

Swipe through to discover the thinking, creativity, and design evolution behind ONE HITTIN — from the first sketch to the final vision.

Because great architecture is not only about what we create, but how and why we create it.

For Riyadh Creative Hub, it would be creative, connected and always in motion.
Designed as more than a destination, the project brings architecture, people and public life together creating spaces where ideas can be exchanged, communities can connect, and everyday experiences become part of the creative environment.

Warm materiality, transparent volumes, landscaped public spaces and active social areas come together to create an architectural identity that responds to the energy of contemporary Riyadh.
