2025 has been one of the most challenging chapters in our 14-year journey. - testing resilience both professionally and personally.

I had unexpected health setbacks mid-year, including hospitalisation in May, surgery in August, to an incident during the year-end holidays where i fall into the waters from a floating pier, became a timely reminder about safety. This year reinforced how quickly circumstances can change.

What carried us through was people.

We extend our sincere thanks to our dedicated team, whose commitment and professionalism never wavered. To our clients, associate companies and suppliers - your trust, patience and continued support meant more than words can express.

Most importantly, let’s remember that safety is not optional.

As we enter 2026, we do so with renewed focus, stronger perspective and optimism for what lies ahead. Together, we will continue to learn, grow and move forward- safely and responsibly.

In our strive to complete our daily tasks of projects, we acknowledged the amount of hard work the men in construction, marine and process has put in. It’s tough, no denying it.

Yet we should not forget to the women in our lives who have been the pillars of strength. They hold positions as mothers, home makers, care givers, life educators and personal consultants. They deserve the recognition to our success by doing it out of love, not for money.
