With a fleet of airboats equipped with buckets and cranes reaching up to 120 feet, along with support boats, our team is prepared to successfully complete projects on the water while helping protect the surrounding coastline and marshlands. Unlike track equipment, our approach allows us to leave the soil basically untouched and support efforts to preserve the land after the job is done.

Please read the full list of responsibilities and qualifications using the link above.

*Responsibilities:
- Billing, expenses, and approvals
- Accounts Receivable (AR) maintenance
- Maintaining contracts, capturing all budget items, and managing all division's collection activities
- Liaison between field and contract billers

*Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction billing (electrical construction preferred but not required.
- Understanding of T&E, unit, and fixed price billing and the nuances of each.
- Customer service skills in working with employees from various departments.
- Knowledge of preparing bid specifications for customers
- Knowledge of safety practices, Worker’s Compensation, and basic OSHA regulations
- Analytical, problem solving and long-term planning skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and open to multiple opinions and interpretations.
