Whoever buys either Bear Ridge Ranch or Saddle Ridge Ranch will be very happy. Remember these ranches are just 260 and 240 acres. Tons and tons of quality wildlife in moderate sized ranches. Proof is in the pictures…

Look how high that coyote jumps for a pear!

It is an absolute blessing to be surrounded by wonderful, hard working, humble, fun people. I can’t express how grateful I am to Colton Coale for working so hard on this project, to Alex Leach for introducing me to Edwin Evers, to Edwin for just being the nicest, best fisherman I’ve ever been in the boat with and to my lovely wife Christina for encouraging me all these years while I built the Land Doctors into what it is today. There are so many more people that I owe a huge debt of gratitude to on this particular project(looking at you Benji Harper, Ray Giron, Randon Gregory and John Poulson)! Not to mention the rest of the Land Doctors gang and the Bolen Family for trusting us to help them buy this property and customize it.
