Soaking in 102°F water for 20 minutes right before bed tricks your body into cooling down rapidly once you step out.
This biological drop in core temperature triggers deep, restorative REM sleep.

Better sleep starts in the water.

A hot tub is a completely different ecosystem than a pool.
Because the water is hot, bacteria multiply much faster.

The best wisdom we can offer: never skip the post-soak shock (if you are on chlorine), even if you only went in for 15 minutes.

Take a seat... Class is in session!! ✏️

An independent team of U.K. researchers published a study called “The Health & Wellbeing Benefits of Swimming,” which concluded swimming provides a 28 percent lower risk of mortality overall and a 41 percent lower risk of mortality related to heart disease and stroke!! (crazy huh?!)

Actually, the U.K. is so passionate about swimming that they are encouraging healthcare providers to prescribe swimming to patients, where applicable. The benefits of this could potentially save their government an estimated $1 billion in healthcare costs!

Increase the delicious of your Angel Food cake this weekend by cooking it on your GMG pellet grill!
Personally, I have found that decreasing the recommended oven temp 10-20 degrees helps when baking on your GMG. It also tends to take longer to bake than in your oven but the pay off of having that perfect sweet/smoky balance is worth it!
