We are incredibly proud to share that our own Patrick Kapla, Regional Sales Manager at Hoeft Builders' Southeast office, has been named a 30 Under 30 honoree by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation - Tennessee Chapter as part of their prestigious Finest program.

The Finest program recognizes young professionals who are making a difference, not just in their careers, but in their communities. Patrick is raising funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for CF and improving the lives of those living with the disease.

We believe in the work Patrick is doing inside and outside of our walls, and we encourage you to support his fundraising efforts. Every dollar makes a difference.

This week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Venture Academy 🎉

This 54,000-square-foot school will allow Venture to nearly double its enrollment and expand from K-7 to K-12. The school will be complete with classrooms, science and innovation labs, a gym, a commons area with a learning stair, and so much more.

We are proud to partner with Market & Johnson, Inc. and River Valley Architects, Inc. to bring this innovative new school to our community, and we cannot wait to see the impact it has on the kids who walk through its doors!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Pillar Bank & Caribou Coffee

Hoeft Builders worked with HTG Architects to build this 6,000-square-foot co-branded, community-driven bank in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

This bank includes:
- Two separate drive-throughs so customers can conveniently access both the bank and cafe on the go
- A shared lobby with a folding glass partition to allow Caribou Coffee to operate outside bank hours
- Teller workstations and private offices
- Two conference rooms, including one with community access
- And a full-service Caribou Coffee

Check out the before-and-after of the office renovation at 24-7 & West Wisconsin Telcom.

This 20,000-square-foot transformation included:
- Four phases of work to allow the business to remain operational throughout
- Demolition and selective reconstruction, including strategic wall additions and removals
- New finishes throughout, bringing a cohesive, modern look across the entire space
- Refreshed workspaces, including private offices, work stations, and cubicles
- An updated front desk and entry for a polished first impression
- Remodeled conference room, breakroom, and bathrooms

Paragon - Eau Claire through the seasons.

The Paragon Apartments will bring 305 new units to Eau Claire. This project includes 5 buildings, 7 garages, and a clubhouse, complete with a pool, gym, sports simulator, and more.

Construction began last spring. Tenants moved into the first building this April. The second building goes live next month, with the third following in the fall. The final two buildings will be move-in ready next spring!

Completed in 2023 in partnership with Cedar Corporation, this 16,500-square-foot office renovation transformed the building into a modern headquarters designed to support collaboration, efficiency, and employee experience. The renovation included:

- full infrastructure upgrades with new plumbing, electrical, windows, and doors
- an updated exterior façade and remodeled lobby for a polished first impression
- flexible workspaces including private offices, open work areas, and conference rooms
- employee amenities such as a large breakroom, updated restrooms, and an exterior patio
- dedicated service and staging areas to support technician operations
