We're proud to share that one of our data center projects has achieved LEED Gold Certification, marking the first LEED Gold-certified data center on this campus! Our team contributed Building Enclosure Commissioning to bring this project to life.

From design through construction, countless decisions contributed to creating a more sustainable, high-performing facility. We're honored to celebrate this achievement with the entire team.

Sustainability Highlights:
+ 47% total energy cost savings
+ 99.9% reduction in overall water consumption through advanced mechanical systems, efficient plumbing fixtures, and drought-tolerant landscaping

Creating spaces that support healing and well-being matters.

The DuPage County Crisis Recovery Center (CRC) provides 24/7 support for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises, offering a safe environment for stabilization and connection to long-term care resources.

Epsten Group was proud to support the project’s targeted WELL Silver Certification through WELL Performance Verification Testing. Our services included on-site testing and documentation for Air, Water, Light, Thermal Comfort, and Sound, as well as laboratory coordination, data analysis, and submission of final documentation to GBCI for certification review.
