Winding down on our 5th year in business and it's only fitting that we're doing work for one of our longest running Customers. This particular gentleman has supported us since the beginning and continues to have us back to help with his projects. 2026 was a year of mostly returning Customers sprinkled with referrals from past Customers for new Customers. Probably 85% of the work we did was returning Customers, for what we feel are obvious reasons. Super clean and tidy work, always.

This isn't an exception, it's the expectation.

It's on purpose, not by accident.

30 years of doing grading and excavation work at the highest level with some of the most experienced and professional people leads to consistently beautiful work.

If you don't make a mess, you don't have to clean one up.

Thank you to all of the Customers for their continued support, the referrals, the vendors and suppliers, the companies that help us help others, it's a team effort and we couldn't provide the level of service we do without those that support us.

Some crane work to start the week, repaired a sewer line for a customer, prepped for a sidewalk for another customer, graded a parking lot for a township. Actually did a few other projects this week and didn't get any pictures. We're still busy trying to get everyone ready for winter.

And the best part, we also know how to manage the dirt so that in the event of inclement weather, progress can still be made..

We're pretty much booked out for the rest of the season and scheduling projects for 2027 already but we can squeeze in a few more driveway repairs before the snow flies.

It makes snow plowing more effective by giving a smoother terrain for the snow removal machinery to engage with. It also keeps snow melt from running down the center of the driveway and refreezing at night as well.

And somehow we managed to squeeze in some more crane picks in between our own projects too.

Thanks again to all of Customers and people who support what we do. It wouldn't be possible without you all!

New basement excavation for a repeat customer and setting some steel for Garret's brothers building we did the site work for.

Garret runs crane for a couple different companies as they need him and being able to borrow a crane when he needs it is a worthwhile perk. Thanks to Swarthout Crane Service for the crane to get this done.

We were recently sent the first two pictures from someone at Coopers BOCES campus, he wanted to let us know they specifically included a picture of Garret on a poster at campus because they're extremely grateful for his participation in the heavy equipment program.

We've included a few pictures of the many times he's gone up there with machinery to help the students take it to the next level.

This year, Garret and Jake Hatch, also known as Blacksheep Skid on social media, are planning another show for the students. If you're not familiar with Jake, a quick search on the interwebs will clue you in. He's pretty spectacular and a great friend of Garret's.

With that said, we're looking to rent a Bobcat S450 skidsteer for the show. Hand and foot controls only. October 14-16. If you have one available for us, please contact Garret @ 607-259-1137, thank you!

Some day, we'll learn to take before and after pictures.

Most of the pictures are not of the finished product nor the beginning.

You know we do nice work, we know we do nice work, it's not really necessary to take pictures and share but it helps potential customers to see what we are capable of.
