New project we started this week. Taphouse with six food trucks. covered pickle ball courts with gas heaters. Two outdoor fire pits. And a dog bar with keg taps (water only).

Finally finished Partners in Care. 15 months of plumbing and gas piping work. 12 patient rooms with private bathrooms. 2 family restrooms. 1 spa. I staff restroom. 5 administration sinks. 13 roof drains. 1 commercial kitchen. 1 mechanical room with 10 hot water recirculating loops. We learned a lot on this one.

A charming mash-up of rustic and industrial, clear hanging pendant lights are perfect to fill space over a bar. These detailed fixtures can set off nicely against the clean aesthetic of the kitchen, as they did in this Bend remodel.

Ground work and wet utilities nearly complete at The Grove. 3” double check valve for domestic water service. 10,000 gallon grease interceptor. Next phase is rough plumbing in a couple of months.
