🔥 Now THAT is a transformation! 🔥

This one was a big project, but seeing the finished product makes all the work worth it.

We took this kitchen from dated and cramped to a bright, functional space while keeping that beautiful original wood ceiling and exposed beams that give this home so much character.

A few highlights from this renovation:

🔨 Installed 26 new cabinets, including custom boxed-in refrigerator cabinetry.
⚡ Reconfigured electrical, added countertop outlets & under-cabinet lighting.
🍳 Relocated the 220V for the new range location.
🚰 Added plumbing & electrical for the dishwasher.
🏠 Installed and braced the farmhouse sink.
🚪 Removed the old sliding door & installed a new Pella slider with recessed blinds.
🧱 Removed/reinstalled exterior siding around the new door.
✨ Installed approximately 50 sq. ft. of tile backsplash.
🪵 Installed 300–350 sq. ft. of new flooring.
💡 Replaced outlets, switches & covers throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas.
🔨 Installed approximately 300–350 linear feet of new baseboard, along with new door casing throughout the entire upstairs.
…and plenty of other details along the way.

The contrast between the new cabinetry, countertops and flooring against that original wood ceiling completely changed this space. 👌

What a transformation! 🔨

We wrapped up this staircase renovation with new flooring and matching Pergo stair treads, custom-fitted skirtings, black newel post and handrail, and black metal balusters. The contrast between the natural wood, white trim and black railing completely changed the look of this space.

Basement renovation we’ve been working on! Had extensive drywall repair due to a leaky foundation. We opened up the ceiling, adding recessed lighting throughout the area to provide adequate lighting. Painted with Sherwin Williams-Showcase (Cobalt Cannon), matte finish for the walls with matching color for the baseboards in a satin finish. All new Pergo vinyl plank flooring throughout! Waiting on the special order stair treads and that’ll be a wrap! 🙌🏻

Another bathroom transformation complete! 🔨

We had our hands full with this plaster tearout. We took this outdated bathroom and gave it a complete makeover — turning it into a clean, modern space with a new tiled shower, glass shower doors, updated flooring, drywall, fresh paint, recessed lighting, trim, and finishing touches throughout.
